Our Commitments to You and Our Expectations For All Guests at Lovely Sugaring
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system (Fresha) or by calling our salon directly. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete our intake form and pay a 30% deposit the day before their appointment to secure their booking.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum 6 hour notice for appointments that are 30 minutes or less. If your appointment is longer than that, we require a minimum 12 hour notice. Cancellations made outside the time frames or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Late arrival fees may apply.
Bundles are used to buy multiple amounts of the same service. Purchase in 6-pack bundles or 12-pack bundles.
6 pack bundles must be used in 1 year. 12-pack bundles must be used in 2 years. Bundles are non refundable and non-exchangeable.
You may transfer the remaining services to another Lovely Sugaring guest at a $25 fee.
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so within the recommended 4-7 week maintenance window. A $15 fee will apply to last-minute cancellations (within 6 hours of the appointment) or appointments rescheduled outside the 4-7 week time frame. Bundle repurchases are not guaranteed and require management approval. Eligibility will be determined based on your account history and previous bundle usage.
All product sales are final. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any defective items within 14 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. Tips can be added to your card payment or given in cash. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
In compliance with the City of Toronto requirements, we collect personal information including name, contact details, and health information necessary to provide our services safely. This information is stored securely and used only for appointment management, service delivery, and communication about your visits.

We expect all clients to treat other guests and our staff, including sugaring technicians and receptionists alike, with respect. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, aggression, or intoxication, will result in immediate termination of service without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
For the best results and to maintain a hygienic environment, we ask that you shower before your appointment. Please arrive clean and avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your service. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if hygiene requirements are not met.
Your comfort is important to us. Please communicate openly with your practitioner about your pain tolerance, preferences, and any concerns during your service. We want you to have the best experience possible.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, promotional offers, and updates about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

We reserve the right to modify our service prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated through our website and social media. Services booked before a price change will honor the original price quoted at the time of booking (according to booking requirements, hair length, and time).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. In the event of service discontinuation, active memberships or packages will be honoured with comparable alternative services or refunded on a prorated basis.
While we strive to provide safe and effective hair removal services, individual results may vary based on skin type, hair type, and other personal factors. Sugaring is generally safe for most people, but some redness, irritation, or sensitivity may occur. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients disclosed in advance or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
By booking a service, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information, including medications, skin conditions, and allergies. You acknowledge that hair removal services carry inherent risks including but not limited to skin irritation, ingrown hairs, and temporary discomfort. Lovely Sugaring is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovely Sugaring's liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency during your visit, we will contact emergency services immediately. You agree to hold Lovely Sugaring harmless for any actions taken in good faith to address medical emergencies, including contacting emergency services and providing necessary medical information to first responders.
These policies, as well as any services provided by Lovely Sugaring, are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. Any conflict, dispute, or claim related to the services or these policies shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
