What makes it work? |
BODY BRUSH: Brushing the skin while it is dry allows you to exfoliate and increase blood circulation without taking away the moisture in the skin.
|
How should the Wet Brush be stored? |
Always keep dry in the washroom or bedroom in a sunny area to prevent mildew. Make sure you gentely tap your brush after you have completed your brushing routine to clean your brush. You should also avoid sharing your brush with anyone. This can help prevent the risk for infection.
|
Why choose Dry Brushing? |
Dry brushing may help your body release toxins. It may also help you relax. There’s little data to support the benefits of dry brushing, but for most people there’s also little harm in practicing dry brushing.
|
How often can it be applied? |
WET BRUSH:
Adults and children at least 3 years of age: 1 times daily. Children under 3 years old, consult a physician.
Conditions that require dose adjustments include:
Elderly patients, very ill patients with circulation, Lymphatic system, varicose veins or heart conditions.
|
How do you remove sugar if you make a mistake and want to reapply? |
Sugar, and Co.® sugaring paste is a 100 percent water-soluble; it can be removed with just warm water. When reapplying, make sure the skin is dry and not moisturized.
|
Can I re-use my sugar strips and spatula? |
Strips can be washed with mild soap and warm water after sugaring – dry and spray with 70 percent alcohol spray. Your spatula can be re-used and cleaned as well using the same directions.
|
Is it safe to use sugar if you're Diabetic? |
We recommend seeking a professional service to avoid any additional risks. Diabetics can be sugared, but there are many factors to be considered before the service. Also, consult a professional before trying a new treatment.
|
What areas of the body should I avoid? |
We recommend avoiding enlarged varicose veins, new scars, sunburned skin, warts, bruises, skin tags, lesions, and raised moles.
|
Is sugaring paste edible? |
Yes, but we do not recommend eating the paste. It's meant to remove your hair only.
